Terms & Conditions
All images on this website are the property of the photographer, Jeff Freestone and are subject to copyright as owned by the photographer. It is prohibited to download, copy, print, manipulate or reproduce any of these images without written permission from the photographer. Any breaches of these terms may result in legal action. All prices for products listed on this website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Prices, specifications and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice.
Printing & Framing
All my print work and framing is done using a professional print lab specialising in high quality photographic printing. Having the whole printing and framing process under the one roof ensures a seamless and consistant process.
I strive to ensure that my images on this website match the way they look in print, however in some circumstances there may be slight variations as a result of the brightness and colour settings of different computer monitors.
Prints on archival rag papers can be quite vulnerable to damage, even from relatively subtle contact, so they need to be handled carefully.
Wherever possible do not touch any area on the page where ink has been laid down.
Delivery & Shipping
Free shipping for all orders within Australia.
Once payment is received, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your print to arrive. In some situations, delivery may take longer as a result of seasonal fluctuations and the efficiency of couriers. In some cases, test prints may be required (at no additional cost) which can also extend the time taken to delivery your print.
Framed prints are delivered to your door though a courier service. Australia Post is used to post prints Australia wide. The utmost care is taken when packaging prints to ensure your print arrives safely.
For orders outside of Australia, international shipping can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact me for a quote on shipping internationally.
Returns & Refunds
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when filling out your delivery details. Orders returned as a result of an incorrect address will incur a re-shipping fee.
Once an order has been printed, cancellation of orders will not be accepted.
If your print arrives in a damaged condition, is incorrect or is missing please notify me immediately.
Returns or refunds will not be offered where damage has occured to the print as a result of the printed area being touched.
Workshops & Tours
Payment of a deposit is required to secure your place on a group workshop.
Promotional discounts offered on the cost of a workshop do not apply to the deposit.
The booking deposit is 100% non-refundable.
The full amount owing of the workshop fee is required to be paid 45 days prior to the commencement of the workshop.
In the event you choose to cancel your booking prior to the commencement of the Workshop you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.
Refund conditions are as follows;
- If you choose to cancel your booking more than 60 days before the event date, you will be refunded 100% of your payment (less any non-refundable deposit).
- If you choose to cancel your booking more than 30 days before the event date, you will be refunded 50% of your payment (less any non-refundable deposit).
- If you choose to cancel your booking within 30 days of the event date, you will not receive a refund. Should we be forced to cancel for unforeseen reasons such as illness, injury or family reasons relating to the instructor, you will be given the option to receive a full refund of all fees or to transfer your deposit & booking to a future group or private workshop.
Should we be forced to cancel a Workshop due to circumstances outside of our control that would make it unsafe or dangerous to conduct the Workshop, such as adverse weather conditions, you will be given the option to receive a full refund of all fees or to transfer your deposit & booking to a future group or private workshop.
We reserve the right to cancel a Workshop due to inadequate participant enrolment 14 days prior to the start date. In the event a Workshop must be cancelled under these circumstances, you will be given the option to receive a full refund of all fees or to transfer your deposit & booking to a future group or private workshop.
We strongly recommend that you arrange your own travel insurance, including cancelation cover for the duration of the Workshop.
We strongly recommend that you arrange insurance cover for your photography gear and equipment.
We cannot accept liability for insurance costs, loss of deposits, airline cancellations or delays or penalties incurred by the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses/damages incurred by participants in preparing for this event. We cannot accept liability for any insurance costs if an event is cancelled.
Limitation of Liability
Payment of booking acknowledges your understanding and acceptance of all terms outlined relating to our Workshops.
We accept no responsibility or liability for injury, illness, accident, losses, or additional expenses associated with event participation. Nor do we accept responsibility for damage to equipment, property, or digital data loss.
Every participant must assess their own suitability, in terms of fitness and stamina, for the chosen Workshop.
You must notify us of any medical condition that we should know about. We assume no liability regarding provision of medical care. All information is completely confidential.
We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the trip (i.e., non-refundable advance-purchase air tickets, equipment, etc.).
We reserve the right to take photographic or video records of any Workshop and may use any such records for promotional and/or commercial purposes. If you would prefer not to be included in any photo or video footage, please inform us prior to the commencement of the Workshop.
We reserve the right to change, at our discretion, schedules, plans and itineraries, depending on weather, health or safety considerations, or any other factors related or not related to the photographic opportunities in relation to the Workshop.
While significant efforts will be made to provide the event in a truthful manner, all participants acknowledge that landscape photography is subject to many variables including but not limited to environmental conditions that cannot be guaranteed.
A negative RAT (Rapid Antigen Test) will be required 24 hours prior to the workshop's commencement.
In the event you are required to cancel your booking as a result of a positive RAT test 24 hours prior to commencement of the workshop the terms stated under our
cancelation policy will apply. We strongly recommend obtaining adequate travel insurance to protect yourself in the event of this situation occurring.
In the event that the workshop cannot take place due to Covid 19 related travel restrictions beyond our control, you will be given the option to receive a full
refund of all fees or to transfer your deposit & booking to a future group or private workshop.
