Prints & Framing
All the images in my gallery are available to be purchased as a print. To ensure that each product is of the finest quality, I use a professional printing and framing specialist that prints on the highest quality photographic paper available, which preserves the long life of your prints and is outstanding in quality.
Fine Art Paper
I print all of my fine art prints on Hahnemühle Cotton Rag. This museum-grade archival paper is 100% cotton with a smooth matte finish, lending each artwork a three-dimensional appearance and impressive pictorial depth. Combined with the matte premium inkjet coating, this paper produces outstanding prints that feature brilliant colours, deep blacks, striking contrasts and perfect reproduction of detail.
Framed Prints
If you wish to have your print framed, I offer three different colours;
- Black
- White
- Tasmanian Oak
All framed prints include a white matt board, which is the white border that sits between the edge of the printed image and the frame. If you would like your framed print without a matt board please notify us when placing your order.
Framed prints come fitted with clear glass and are strung ready to be displayed.
I do offer a reflection control glass at an additional cost. If you would like to know more about this option please contact me before you place an order to understand the differences between the two types of glass and whether reflection control would be more suited for your framed print.
It is important to note, when considering a particular framed print that the size refers to the size of the actual image of the print. It does not include the frame and matt board.
You will therefore need to allow for the additional length and width the matt board and frame adds to the overall final product when measuring wall space.
For example, the length and width of a 20" x 30" (50cm x 75cm) is increased by roughly 20cm when factoring in the additon of the matt board and frame to overall size of the final product.
Fine Art Canvas
In addition to my fine art paper prints, I also offer a Museum Grade Fine Art Canvas option. Printing on canvas showcases the image with a simple elegance, giving it a slight painterly feel to the image.
Each canvas is machine stretched around an internal timber frame to give consistent tension across the artwork. The frames used are kiln dried, finger jointed timber without wedges, meaning tightening or loosening it later is completely unnecessary. The assembly is completed with framers tape and is strung ready to hang.
Fine Art Canvas Floating Frame
For those looking to add a touch of elegance to their Fine Art Canvas print, I also offer a framing solution.
'Floating Frames', are a style of picture frame specifically designed for stretched canvas where the artwork sits inside of a wooden frame with a visible gap between the frame and the canvas giving the impression that the artwork is floating within the frame.
Floating Frames come in three colours;
- Black
- White
- Tasmanian Oak
This is an archival canvas solution with quality image reproduction that invites attention.
